Shelby’s Trio restaurant with rooftop bar & muscle cars on College and Second Street
Shelby's Trio brings a new way of dining to the Clarksville area. The three-story restaurant will house a different concept on each floor.
The first floor features Joe’s Garage with muscle cars, an American eatery, a bar area and outdoor seating. "The kind of place you want to go and take the family", Joe says.
The second floor is Trattoria di Cat, a fine dining Italian restaurant, that has a dream of Cathi's for many years. It has conservative décor with a smaller bar and more private dining.
This floor also features a private dining room for parties or meetings. Topping off Shelby’s Trio on the third floor is Skyline 500 Bar, the first rooftop bar in Clarksville! We can't wait for you to have a cocktail with us while enjoying the breathtaking views!

In 2022 Juan was invited to join the team at Shelby’s Trio by Joe and Cathi Maynard and he couldn’t be more excited to be launching this unique restaurant concept! Chef Juan has thoroughly enjoyed creating the menus for Skyline 500, Trattoria di Cat and Joe's Garage. He looks forward to continuing his journey, bringing individuals, families, and communities together through delicious meals and dining excellence!

Skyline 500 Bar, Clarksville’s first rooftop bar, is open Monday-Thursday 4-11 p.m., Friday 4 p.m.-midnight, Saturday, 2 p.m.-midnight, and Sunday 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
On the second floor is the second offering from Shelby’s Trio, Trattoria di Cat, a fine dining Italian restaurant, which is set to open on Thursday, Feb. 16. Golden said they are almost fully booked already for dining.
Of course, last but not least, Joe’s Garage on the first floor of Shelby’s Trio, and the grand opening of the entire building will take place on Monday, Feb. 27.
