The Sol Press Corporation is a a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran-owned business in Clarksville, Tennessee, co-founded by husband-and-wife team Juan and Jacqueline Barocio. Juan, retired military, always knew that after his military career, entrepreneurship was the answer. Jacqueline, a former Registered Nurse turned stay-at-home mom, always strived to create nutritious meals for their six children, but they like most kids, would skip the fruits and veggies. She would sneak them in with a healthy assortment of baked goods, homemade juices, and smoothies. The kids loved them!  Juan would always hint and say, “Honey, you can sell this stuff.” Juan turned to a reliable friend, YouTube, to help start a business and learn about cold-pressed juices. As a result, they formed and created the Sol Press Co.

It was a very easy decision to stay in Clarksville, TN since 5/6 of their kids were born here and he spent a majority of his military career here as well. The location of planting their roots here, was not an issue. Luckily, Clarksville benefitted from their decision with the healthy and nutritious options that Sol Press provides.

Top picks for juices have been The Blue Moon and Tennessee Sunset, though all their options seem to be stars.

Sol Press offers a variety of healthy options including juices, nut milks, smoothies and bowls, vegan and gluten free baked goods, and fresh made-to-order toasts. They will soon begin expanding to meal prep orders as well.
