• We’ll do all the paperwork for you. If you need to sign anything or if there are any documents that need to be signed by another person (such as a spouse), just let us know. We will take care of it for you.

• We will list your property for sale. Once we have received instructions from both parties—you and us—we will list the unit with MLS® and market it aggressively in order to attract potential buyers as soon as possible.

• We will negotiate hard on your behalf! The real estate industry is full of “soft salespeople” who aren't willing to get tough when they need to be; but not here at the Jurnee Home Team! In fact, one of our agents once told me that she would rather lose a deal than let someone else beat her out at closing because she didn't have enough backbone when negotiating on behalf of her client (and I think she meant it)!

Jurnee got ENGAGED!

We rebranded because our team leader got engaged on New Years Eve! Since her last name will inevitably be changing, it meant no sense to keep that old name and branding.

We decided that it would be better if we had a new brand identity since this marked an important milestone in our growth process as well as one of personal achievement for our team lead!

Our new name (and look!) simply marks an important milestone in our growth process.

You'll be happy to know that we won't be changing our individual branding or any other aspects of our business model or operation for any of our current or future clients! The things you love about us—our team, the service we provide, and more—will all stay the same.
